Full Service Floral Design

Whether you've been dreaming up every little wedding detail since you were a little girl or you are jumping into engagement season headfirst not quite sure where to begin, we are here to help make your wedding come to life. We work with you from start to finish to create your vision with customized color palettes and personal touches. We know you have so many decisions to make for your wedding day and want to make the flower process simple, while also allowing you to feel inspired and excited for your wedding day. Below we have laid out our process so you know what to expect. We can't wait to create beautiful floral designs for your wedding day!

Step 1- We'd love to hear a little bit more about you! Fill out our contact form and let us in on some of the details. You can share any information you'd like on your bridal party, venue, color scheme, budget, etc. Once we receive your inquiry, we will check our calendars and reach out via email to set up an initial consultation call.

Step 2- An initial consultation phone call typically lasts about 30 minutes. We love to hear more about how you met, where you got engaged and what you're planning for your wedding. During the call we also ask more specific questions about your bridal party numbers, favorite flowers, and plans for the ceremony and reception. We walk you through every part of the wedding, whether you come prepared with a plan or you need to talk through options. After the call, we take about a week to create a custom floral plan for your wedding.

Step 3- To share the design plan, we typically set up an in person meeting at a local coffee shop (or schedule a call for those out-of-town or not able to meet in person). During the meeting, we walk through each part of the wedding- bridal party, ceremony, and reception. Our custom design plans include a mood board and inspiration images for each part of your wedding. We've found these meetings are easiest when we can speak directly with you and walk you through what you're looking at in the proposal. If you are ready to book with us that day, we take a 25% deposit and will have a contract ready for you to e-sign.

Step 4- About six weeks out from your wedding day, we reach out to schedule a final venue walkthrough with you and your planner. This allows us to meet with your planner/coordinator to ensure that we have everything handled for you on the day of- so you have nothing to worry about! It also allows us to adjust for last minute details like table changes and guest count fluctuations. We are happy to re-allocate flowers so that any flowers removed from the original proposal are used in other areas. We take any additions to your proposal up until three weeks before your wedding day when flowers are ordered.
